Inspiration
Meeting tonic takes Amaro Yerba into a simple serve that keeps the character of yerba mate recognisable.
Profile
The herbal, lightly toasted notes of the amaro meet the bitterness of the tonic. The bubbles lengthen the sip; the orange peel adds a fragrant note.
Occasion
An aperitivo made in a few gestures, served in a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

Ingredients

  • 50 mlAmaro Yerba
  • 200 mlTonic water

Garnish Orange zest

Method · Large wine glass

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour Amaro Yerba and slowly add the tonic water.
  3. Stir gently and finish with orange peel.
