02Scope
These terms govern the online sale of Amaro Yerba through amaroyerba.it to consumers resident in Italy. By placing an order you accept the terms published at that moment.
03Adults only
The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved for people aged 18 or over. You declare it when entering the site; at payment the declaration is recorded with the order, together with the date and the version of these terms. The order is delivered only to an adult: the courier may ask for an identity document and does not hand the parcel to minors.
04Product and price
Amaro Yerba, 700 ml, 33% vol. Price: €44.00 per bottle, VAT and excise duty included. Shipping in Italy is free. You can order up to 12 bottles per order.
The price that applies is the one shown at the moment of the order.
05Order and contract
You choose the quantity, enter your email, delivery address and phone, and pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then send you an email with the order summary and its number (AY-…): keep it, it is your copy of the contract.
06Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe with the methods shown at checkout (for example cards and digital wallets). The amount is charged when you place the order. We never receive your card details.
07Gift cards
Gift cards are digital, worth an amount from €10 to €500, and are sent by email to the recipient on the chosen day. They can be used on amaroyerba.it by entering the code at the Payment step, across several orders until the balance runs out, for 12 months from purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash, are not combinable with other discount codes in the same order and are not refunded if lost or expired. Whoever uses them must be of legal drinking age.
You may withdraw from the purchase of a gift card within 14 days, as long as it has not been used: write to us and we refund the amount with the same payment method.
08Delivery
We ship only within Italy, free of charge, with Poste Italiane. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days from the order confirmation. If no one is available to receive the parcel, Poste Italiane will leave a notice or contact you to arrange a new delivery.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or an adult you designate, receive the parcel.
09Damaged or faulty goods
Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, accept it with reservation with the courier and write to us at info@amaroyerba.com, with a photo, as soon as possible.
You are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (articles 128 and following): we are liable for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. In that case we replace the bottle or refund you.
10Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason. Send us a clear statement by email to info@amaroyerba.com, for example using the model form below.
Return the bottles within 14 days of your statement. The cost of returning them is borne by you. Bottles must be returned intact and sealed: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles that have been opened (article 59, letter e, of the Consumer Code).
We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, with the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the bottles back or you have shown that you sent them.
11Model withdrawal form

12Responsible drinking
Drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive, and do not drink if you are pregnant.
13Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence has jurisdiction. Before going to court you can contact us to find a solution, or use an out-of-court dispute resolution body.
